If you have someone who has been arrested, please call (317) 745-HELP right away to check his or her bond amount, criminal charges and initial hearing status. If you just have a general question about bail bonds we would prefer that you call between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
How to start the bail bond process
Call us first so we can get the bond information from the jail. Some inmates are not bondable right away. We will need the arrestee’s full name and it also helps to have their date of birth. Once the arrestee is bondable we can meet you at the jail where we will fill out the required paperwork. Remember to bring your drivers license or I. D. for proof of identification. We promise to have your loved one released in the shortest time possible. We can process the bond in person at the jail, which usually takes between 20 & 30 minutes.
To have a friend or relative freed from jail, you will pay 10% of the total bail amount. We accept cash, credit cards, and personal checks. All Indiana bail bond agencies collect 10% from you as a "Premium” and by law we must collect it before we can post the bond.
It is important to note that the person who signs for the arrestee is responsible for the full amount of the bond if the arrestee does not appear at his or her future court date.
